This text specify terms and conditions applicable to online shopping of products put on sale by Villaverde & Cuevas, S.L. (form now on, “Mywool”) in web app of electronic commerce of web site “www.mywool.es”.
Use of Mywool shoponline
When user access to www.mywool.es, and use this online shop to make orders of products the client assume following duties:
- Make use of Mywool and recieve services according to current resulting of application.
- No contravene property rights, intelectual and industrial rights of Mywool and suppliers.
- No do any false or fraudulent order.
- In case of Mywool realises that client is doing false or fraudulent orders, Mywool reserves the right to cancel it and inform to pertinent authorities.
- Provide to Mywool their email, personal and contact data verified.
- According to Spanish Law of Protection of Data, that client given their consent, Mywool could use their data to send advertising and information could result interesting, always about their products, offers and services, never third persons.
- Use in a diligent way and to keep in secret private access data of Mywool.

Client should provide correctly and entirely every single requested data as obligatory to do the order. All orders are subject to availability of items ordered.
Prices, tax and fe
The price of each item is shown on Mywool shoponline at the moment of make the order. Those prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.

Delivery cost and period
Orders will be deliver in maximum 5 working days, from effective payment confirmation. In any case, products are handmade, if for any reason deliver period would be higher, it will inform to the client.
*On special periods of discount, promotions or sales, deliver period could be higher. Special cases, please write in comments of the order or send and email to email@example.com indicating order number.
Delivers will send by courier agency.
- Standard delivery cost on Portugal and Spain is 4€, for orders higher than 30€ deliver is free.
- Delivers to Baleares Islands cost 6€.
- International deliver cost 12€ (only available some countries).
Delivers to Canary Islands you should contact with our Customer Service.
Mywool does not take responsibility for prolong delivery period cause force majeure, third party or there are errors or delivery address are incomplete.
Changes and reimbursement
In case of buy and, after receive it, check that exist an imperfection or defect in the product, client could change in maximum 5 days after recepcion of the product. You should contact with Mywool through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org indicating order number, item and data of change to do, where explains the imperfection or defect cuase you want to change the product.
If once you receive the product, this was in a good condition but you want to do a change, you just can change the item cause of the size and new delivery cost in charge of the client. This change should ask maximum 5 days after reception of product.
To change the item you should contact with Mywool through e-mail email@example.com, where explains reasons of reimbursement or change you want to do. Our Customer Service will facilitate deliver address, way to procedure and explain to manage the change or reimbursement.
For items of CLOTHES category will regulate as following:
– If for any reason you are not agree with bought, you can return item within 5 days after day you receive the item and you should notify MYWOOL sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org expenses for cancel or return of orders (send and return deliver, etc) client will charge it. – It only accept reimbursment if item is in perfect conditions. In case of reimbursement does for causes not imputable to Mywool, buyer will charge expenses of reimbursement. It will consider causes not imputable to Mywool change of size, color or another characteristic, due to a change of customer opinion or a mistake of customer at the moment of buy. – If reimbursement of imperfect items is lawful, Mywool will charge of deliver expenses on the condition that Customer notify this circunstance at the moment of order reception. Customer can choose to ask for a new product or ask for money reimbursement, in exchange of imprefect item (money reimbursement will be effective within 15 days after reception the item in our instalations).
Our Customer Service will assist any problem about our products or orders
Mywool’s Warranty offered to their clients is according to current laws for each one product.
Unless current spanish laws express the opposite, Mywool’s responsability related with any product adquired in Mywool, will limit to price of product. Mywool never respond of indirect damage cause to the client not even loss of profit.
